Tweeking Torture on Target (TTT): fbi now makes fine adjustments to DEW/ELF attacks in order to apply advanced sleep deprivation on this Target. By lowering the decimals (or settings) on their electronic meters, fbi keeps me in bed longer. I speculate that the non REM sleep also is adjusted so that I cannot function, except for brief periods of time. I am sleepy more than ever and the fbi also sends me anonymous emails that I am under surveillance all the time. TTT is cruel and abominable, as such electronic assaults also threaten total paralysis of legs.Thank you kindly.See More
