Fbi attacks on Targets are kept secret.fbi high tech DEW/ELF attacks alters brain & causes sleep deficiency. This leads to physical and mental health problems, injuries,loss of productivity, and a greater likelihood of death(nih).fbi uses DEW to cause bizarre conduct in fbi Targets.Secrecy of DEW assaults protect fbi.-Targets of these brain attacks do not understand effects,nor how to report them.fbi is free to then claim Target's paranoia, etc., & discredit him/her. Fbi enjoys the trust of general population, even as fbi commits heinous crimes against/Targets.Note:In my case fbi assassins gain another advantage, as I am partially paralyzed due to degenerative disc disease combined with sleep deprivation.
