fbi & fed magistrate judge orchestrate 'play ' just outside my living room window. On 7-15-'23, 3am female fbi operative stops her car, gains my attention & leaves. All morning fbi increased DEW attacks & prevent sleep, causing me to be unable to walk. The female assassin parks parallel to my home, preventing me from obtaining license piate.
