Robert Upton, aka Monique Abdul Jamal, aka ‘geral is tiresome’, aka James Duval, etc. The words quoted above in item # 2 were written by the fbi operative. The statement about “hearing voices” relates to my reports on the effects of DEW and related technology used against me and others.
